We are central to many "Gold Medal Waters," with the Colorado, Willams Fork, Blue, and
Muddy Rivers just miles away! We can direct you to "off the beaten path" places to fish,
as well as, guides and outdoor shops.
Our property sits on 40 acres and, it is within walking distance of the National Forest,
which holds creeks and ponds with wild brookies that may never have seen a fly!
We have modern, fully-furnished and supplied suites that include BBQ grills, full kitchens,
including espresso/coffee makers, and all linens. Dogs and horses are welcome, too!
