Madison River Retreat is our custom built log home located 300 ft. from the world famous Madison River. Bordered by
Wall Creek Wildlife refuge, the Palisades, and breathtaking mountain, river and wildlife views. Main house is 3850 sq.
feet, along with a separate guesthouse and 3 stall horse barn. Our property is 25 mi. south of the lively western town
of Ennis and 38 mi. from W. Yellowstone. Madison Valley is known for it's Blue Ribbon Trout streams, gorgeous lakes,
fabulous hiking, biking, white water rafting and panoramic mountain scenery. A perfect getaway for family vacations or
a corporate retreat
Great room has fireplace, bar and views of the river and Elk Refuge. Wood floors give the space a warm and rustic
elegance. Wrap around deck for easy entertaining or watching the evening hatch. The open floor plan leads into the
kitchen and dining area, perfect for casual or formal dining. There is a loft bedroom upstairs w/ private bath and
skylight. Lower level master suite bedroom features views to the river, fireplace and walkout covered porch w/ hot tub.
Master bath features slate tiles, jacuzzi tub, separate oversized shower and double sinks. Two additional bedrooms
on lower level with shared full bath. The property also features a 720 sq. ft. guest house w/ 1 bedroom, 1 bath room,
plus sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. (sleeps 5) Open floor plan with kitchenette, dining area, sitting room and deck
overlooking the property to the river w/ 2 car garage below. Barn is a fully insulated three stall horse barn with tack
room available.
